Copier for Public Use
A color copier is available at both libraries for use by the public. It is located near the circulation counter.  The copier will print on 8.5x11 inch, 8.5x14 and 11x17 inch paper and will do back and front copying.  It can also sort and staple.  The copier has enlargement and reduction capabilities.  B&W copies are 10 cents per page, color 50 cents.  Back and front copies count as 2 pages.  You can also print and scan to and from USB devices with pdf files or graphics.

The copyright law of the United States (title 17, US Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material.

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement.

Faxing Services
The library staff can fax documents for you.  The charge is $1.00 per page  faxed.  Cover sheets are available for your use if you need them.  You will recrive a confirmation report for your faxed document.

Scan to email
Copier services at the libraries include scanning text and/or graphics for emailing to any email account as a jpg, tiff or pdf file, thus converting paper documents to electronic format. The charge for this service is 25 cents per email.

Laminating Services
You may bring items to the library to be laminated by library staff. Laminating is done on Wednesdays and may be picked up after 2:00pm.  Items may be left anytime during the week.  The cost is $1.00 per foot with a minimum charge of $1.00. Items must be at least the size of a business card and can be no wider than 24 inches. The length of the item does not matter as long as it is not wider than 24 inches.  Items thicker than poster board can not be laminated.  If items have been glued on what you are having laminated, please make sure the glue has dried because moisture will cause bubbling.  Original photographs can not be laminated due to the heat used in the process causing the photo to crack.

Multipurpose room use
The library has a room that may be used by non-profit groups and organizations.  The room must be reserved in advance and a room use form must be filled out by a representative of the group.

Interlibrary Loan Services:
The library can borrow books for research or pleasure reading from other libraries if we do not have them in the Pulaski Library System. If you need materials that we don't currently have please ask about this service or e-mail jgtate@pclibs.ogPlease note: A $3.00 charge per book for partial shipping charges will begin on October 15th, 2012.
Wireless Hot Spot: wireless access is available at both Pulaski and Dublin libraries. Just bring in your laptop and ask staff for the login and password.

Reference help: Trained staff is available to aid patrons in their search for information.

Tax forms:
Federal income tax forms are available at both libraries.  There are copies of the most requested forms and publications available upon request and a book of other reproducible forms available form the IRS.  Patrons can also find forms online for tax preparation. For information or questions about this service please call 540-980-7770 .
